Disclosure
Disclosure Policy
This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. This blog does occasionally accept sponsorship and I will and do accept and keep free products, services, travel, event tickets, and other forms of compensation from companies and organisations as well.
The compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own. I will only endorse products or services that I believe, based on my expertise, are worthy of such endorsement.
Sponsored posts or advertisements will be identified as paid advertisements, normally with a disclosure note at the beginning and/or end of the post. I will not include do-follow links in sponsored posts. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.
Affiliate Links
What’s Hot also uses affiliate links. This means that when you click through to products recommended by me and make a qualifying purchase, I will earn a tiny amount of commission for referring you.
This blog is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com.
Book Review Policy
If you would like to send me a book to review, please contact me with a synopsis of the book. Please note that I am only accepting a limited number of review copies at the moment as my TBR pile is out of control.
By accepting a review copy of a book, I endeavour to tell my followers about it via my Instagram stories when it arrives. However, I cannot guarantee that I will review it.
Of course, if I love a book I will shout about it all over #bookstagram and my blog but I will never publish an unjustly biased review.
I do my best to read and review books in a timely manner. However, due to time constraints and work commitments, it may take several weeks for a review to be posted.
For reviews of books I’ve received from publishers and authors in the past, visit the ‘Books‘ section on the ‘Culture’ tab. Please send your enquiries to hello@whatshotblog.com.
